What to include in your message
If a file fails
Tell us the format (for example, STEP AP214), the CAD program you exported it from, its approximate size, your browser and the error message shown. Don’t attach the file unless we ask for it and you have the right to share it.
If the 3D PDF doesn’t display
Tell us which PDF reader you use and its version. Remember that in Adobe Acrobat you need to enable 3D content the first time (Trust this document).
